I've just brought a ticket what now?
When you purchase a ticket online on the site you will shortly receive an confirmation email this will be you E-Ticket! with all the information about your order and the event, all you have to do then is either screen shot the image, print it out or show that email on the door of the venue on the date your event is on and then you'll be in!
Why are there age limits?
Age limits aren't set by us but more so with the venue, in most circumstances under 18's will need to be accompanied by an paying adult so best to check with the venue first before you place an order or if you are still unsure send us a message on the contact us page and we'll gladly help.
Can I buy tickets on behalf of my friends?
Of course you can what an awesome friend you are! When purchasing simply select the quantity you need and it'll be on your order, simply then either have your friends accompany you on the door or send them a copy of your order which they can show on the door, we'll know your order our end so will be able to check you and your friends off as you enter.
